I conduct research on various higher education issues as they relate to library and information science education. Specifically, I investigate how higher education structures, systems, and processes – mission, goals, and objectives definition, outcomes assessment, systematic planning, and accreditation activities – can be used to promote reflective praxis, educational equity, student agency, and organizational change.
I have experience leading research projects to advance scholarly knowledge, data-driven decision-making, and research-based praxis.
