My research training and practical experiences have prepared me to successfully lead independent and collaborative projects to help solve the challenges and problems facing the higher education system. I am strongly outcomes-oriented, which I channel through applied projects that re-envision academic institutions as more equitable, inclusive, and open learning ecosystems. I have channeled this passion into my praxis by engaging individuals and communities through coequal and collaborative relationships, creating and redesigning organizational systems, structures, and processes, and initiating research projects that result in tangible improvements to both learning and institutional outcomes.
Each of my projects require strong collaboration between team members and stakeholders. As an emerging scholar, I actively share my projects by presenting and publishing in academic and professional venues. Please contact me if you are interested in collaborating on a project.
My current projects focus on student engagement in systematic planning, students of color and online education, and competency-based intellectual rigor in program-level student learning outcomes.
